After getting SMS of varification code plz Don't ignore it & Don't Delete it.
After getting this OTP SMS, Login your Profile with your Application User Id & Password.
Upload your Domisile Certificate after that tick in Declaration Form &
Put the otp which you earlier getting through SMS.
Do This process before 03-Jul-2020 within (12.00 Noon)
